EE World Cup: Yes Boys

Growing up online is tough enough for young boys, without the manosphere telling them to “man up” or "emotions are weakness."

So, in a world of online harmful influence, football should be part of the solution. A place where boys learn confidence, resilience, empathy and what healthy masculinity actually looks like.

So we created YES BOYS - a simple, two-word rallying cry designed to drown out toxic online voices - all set to the iconic British banger, Underworld’s “Born Slippy.”

Through their sponsorship, EE are backing boys at every level of the game - from the national teams to grassroots football - supporting them on and off the pitch.

As part of the wider campaign, we also created The Mentor Badge: a new tool to help coaches recognise and tackle the influence of the manosphere within their squads, developed with Internet Matters and supported by the Home Nations Football Associations.
